Meet Dan, our Head Coach
With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Dan has worked with individuals of all abilities, helping them transform their lifestyles and achieve lasting results. From a young age, he was an eager chef in the making, following in the footsteps of his family, until he discovered a new love – fitness. From that moment he made a commitment to promote a healthy, balanced lifestyle to those around him. In his own words, "If I can make an impact on at least one person a day, then it's a good day. "Since becoming a dad, Dan’s ethos for promoting health and balance has grown even stronger. He understands first-hand the challenges of juggling a busy life and the importance of setting a positive example for the next generation. This personal experience drives his passion for helping others build sustainable habits that fit into their demanding lives. Dan is well known for his personality, dedication and commitment to helping people succeed. With your best interests always at heart, Dan is here to guide and support you every step of the way.
